Hey, I’m Tayler

…and I’m the founder of Potentia, an innovative health and wellbeing marketing and content creation agency.

I launched Potentia in 2019, driven by a passion for mental health and a desire to make a difference. After years of writing for top media outlets and earning my credentials in psychology and psychotherapy, I saw a common challenge: dedicated professionals in the healthcare and wellness sectors were so focused on their clients that they struggled with their own marketing and messaging.

As a therapist, I understood their frustration - balancing patient care with the complexities of marketing isn't easy. That's why I founded Potentia, to bridge that gap. I wanted to support these time-pressed, hard-working professionals by crafting strategies and content that resonate and respect the sensitive nature of their work.

With Potentia, my goal was simple: use my experience and skills to help clients communicate effectively and authentically. I developed our core principles by reflecting on a decade in the mental health field, ensuring we approach every project with empathy and insight.

Since starting Potentia, I've been fortunate to work with incredible people and organisations worldwide, from start-ups to established charities. The shift to remote work, accelerated by the pandemic, has allowed me to connect with clients across the globe, including in the UK, USA, Australia, and Singapore.

What I love most about my work is seeing my clients' relief when they realise they're not alone in their challenges. At Potentia, we get it - we know the pain points, the hurdles, and the incredible potential. We're here to help you share your story in a way that genuinely connects with your audience.

Whether you're a small business or a large organisation, no project is too big or too small. Together, we can make your message clear, compelling, and impactful, ensuring it gets to the people who need it most.
